By accessing or using the software ("Software") provided by GameBanned ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

1. License & Usage

  • Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.
  • Restrictions: You strictly agree not to:
    • Reverse engineer, crack, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
    • Share, sell, or distribute your license key or access credentials.
    • Modify the Software or remove any proprietary notices or labels.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including copyrights and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of GameBanned.
  • Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided may be used by us without any compensation or obligation to you.

3. Updates & Support

  • Updates: We may provide updates or new versions at our discretion. Installation is the user's responsibility.
  • Support: Official support is provided exclusively via our Discord server:discord.gg/gamebanned. Response times may vary based on issue complexity.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Refund Policy: All sales are generally considered final. However, if our technical support team is unable to resolve a verified issue preventing the Software from functioning on your system, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
  • Chargebacks: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized chargebacks. Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated after a successful transaction will result in:
    1. Immediate and permanent termination of your license.
    2. A permanent blacklist from all current and future GameBanned services.
    3. Potential legal action for fraudulent claims.

5. Access Restrictions

Access to our website and Software is strictly prohibited for employees, contractors, volunteers, or affiliates of the following entities:

Ubisoft, BattlEye Innovations, EasyAntiCheat Ltd, Epic Games, Embark Studios, Bohemia Interactive, Facepunch Studios, PUBG Corporation, Activision, Electronic Arts, Yager Development, Battlestate Games, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, and Cfx.re.

Unauthorized access by any party associated with these organizations constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Software and deleting all copies.
  • By Us: GameBanned reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access instantly for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Software is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameBanned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. General Provisions

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
