At GameBanned, we strive to provide high-quality software. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via license keys, we operate under a strict refund policy.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," accidental purchases, or if your system does not meet the requirements stated on the product page.

2. Technical Exception

We value our customers' experience. A refund may be granted only if the following conditions are met:

  • You have contacted our technical support team via ourOfficial Discord.
  • Our team has attempted to troubleshoot the issue and is unable to resolve the technical problem preventing the Software from functioning on your system.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the GameBanned management. If a refund is granted, your license key will be deactivated immediately.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized chargebacks.

  • Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all our services.
  • Your hardware ID (HWID) and payment details will be blacklisted across our entire network.
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of the transaction and these terms to the payment processor to resolve the dispute in our favor.

5. How to Request Assistance

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please open a support ticket on our Discord server. Our team is dedicated to getting the Software running for you as quickly as possible.
